All of our EDIsecure brand Professional Line Retransfer Card Printers come with a lifetime warranty that we will replace the print head and cover the labor if at anytime the print head fails. With an average life well over 300,000 prints, we can guarantee that your XID printer will outlast your needs. For our DCP (Direct Card Printers) we offer a 2 year standard warranty on all our print heads. With direct card printing, wear is bound to happen on the print head, but we guarantee that you should get no less than 2 years worth of productive use out of it.
