The EDIsecure® LCP 9000 can produce cards that are virtually impossible to counterfeit or alter. By combining a myriad of security features via retransfer color printing, laser engraving and secure holographic foils, the LCP 9000 builds a veritable fortress that can withstand the attempts of counterfeiters to produce fake ID cards.

The LCP 9000 is the only desktop laser color personalization system in the world and provides up to 120 cards per hour (single-sided) with full color printing and laser engraving.

The Laser Engraver Unit is available as a standalone system, the LEU 9000, providing up to 320 cards per hour (single-sided).  It’s among the fastest in the world and capable of competing with huge mainframe-type systems at a fraction of the cost.

Depending on your particular requirements, a cornucopia of specialized security features can be combined making credential forgery and manipulation all but impossible. This includes such digital features as IPI (Invisible Personal Information), electronic guilloche, high resolution gradient UV printing, in addition to laser engraved options such as CLI, MLI, micro text and tactile effects as well as custom holographic foils for surface protection. The LCP 9000 can print on long-lasting and durable PET (Polyester), Polycarbonate and ABS card materials.

New XID  The XID 9330 utilizes retransfer dye sublimation printing technology to print over-the-edge, full-color images and data. Retransfer technology is the printing style of choice on smart cards and RFID cards because it prevents the print head from contacting the card surface. This double-sided printer can also print high-resolution UV images and data onto the card to help secure the card against unauthorized reproduction and counterfeiting.

Based on the ultra-reliable EDIsecure® XID 590ie, the XID 9330 features mechanical security locks to prevent unauthorized access to supplies and consumables like cards and ribbons.
 
Color Printing 

 

New LEU 

The EDIsecure® LEU 9000 Laser Engraving Unit can personalize cards with absolute precision and security. Laser engraving is accomplished by permeating the card’s inner core with a laser, which superheats the core, creating a chemical reaction that brings the dark colors of the text and image to the surface of the card. This process is nearly impossible to reproduce, and makes attempts at alteration of the personalized information completely futile.

Laser-engraved cards can produce the following security features on-demand:
tactile printing, micro text, as well as CLI (Changeable Laser Image) and MLI (Multiple Laser Image).

New ILM 

Security holograms are popular around the world for their ability to prevent counterfeiters from reproducing cards and reduce tampering. The EDIsecure® ILM Inline Lamination Module allows you to add secure holograms to your cards for the ultimate card security. It can also provide an added means of abrasion resistance with the addition of a rigid polyester patch laminate.

Secure holograms can be made to your specifications, and can include added visual, tool-based and forensic security features.
